Musk Voices Worry Over World War III Amidst NATO-Russia Tensions

US Entrepreneur Elon Musk Expresses Concern Over Potential World War III Amid Growing Tensions Between NATO and Russia.

In recent developments, US entrepreneur Elon Musk has expressed concern over the potential for World War III to break out as a result of escalating tensions between NATO and Russia. This follows a warning from Russian President Vladimir Putin about the consequences of long-range strikes against Russia using weapons provided by the US-led military bloc.

Putin stated that Ukraine would rely on satellite intelligence and programming by NATO specialists to enable such deep strikes into Russian territory. He further warned that any such attacks would mean that NATO nations, including the United States and European countries, would be at war with Russia.

Musk shared a video of Putin’s remarks posted by Wall Street Silver, which warned that the US was expected to launch World War III this weekend and authorize attacks deep into Russian territory. The billionaire commented, “I have a bad feeling about this,” using a catchphrase popularized by the Star Wars character Han Solo upon seeing the Death Star space station.

For months, Ukraine has been requesting permission to strike targets deep within Russia with Western weapons. The lack of such permission, according to Kiev, has undermined its positions on the front line. This is an issue that UK Prime Minister Kier Starmer will discuss with US President Joe Biden in Washington on Friday. They are expected to deliberate over relaxing restrictions on Ukraine’s use of long-range Western weapons.

The meeting comes after a visit by US Secretary of State Antony Blinken to Kiev, where he met with his British counterpart David Lammy, who is also the nominee for Democratic Party in the upcoming presidential election. Both NATO members have provided long-range weapons to Ukraine, which have been used against targets inside territories claimed by Kiev but not within internationally-recognized Russian territory.

The original post featuring Putin’s remarks attributed personal responsibility for a possible outbreak of a world war to Biden and Kamala Harris, the Democratic Party’s nominee in the upcoming presidential election. Musk is known to be a supporter of Republican candidate Donald Trump, who has accused his opponents of putting the world at risk of nuclear war during his campaign.
