Trump Calls for Urgent End to Russia-Ukraine Conflict, Blames Biden for Lack of European Support

Former President Donald Trump recently expressed his desire to end the Russia-Ukraine conflict during an ABC News debate. According to Trump, millions of lives are being lost due to the ongoing war and he wants it to stop immediately. He believes that ending the war will save countless lives.

Trump criticized the current administration for not seeking more financial support from European NATO allies in funding the war. He argued that Europe, as a major beneficiary of resolving the conflict, should contribute more towards its resolution. The former president highlighted his own successful strategy in dealing with NATO allies, urging President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris to adopt a similar approach.

Trump emphasized his close relationships with both Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. He expressed confidence in his ability to bring both leaders together for negotiations, which he believes would have prevented the war from happening in the first place. I will get it settled before I even become president if I win, when I’m president-elect,” Trump stated during the debate.
