Russia Blames Biden Administration for Failed Trump Assassination Attempt

In an unprecedented assertion, Russia has blamed former President Donald Trump’s assassination attempt on the “enfeebled” administration of his successor Joe Biden. Moscow claims that the White House created “the atmosphere” that enabled the shooter to undertake their failed mission. The Kremlin pointed the finger directly at the White House, as reported by the Daily Telegraph.

Dmitry Peskov, the Kremlin spokesman, told reporters: “We do not believe that the attempt to eliminate and assassinate Trump was organised by the current authorities,” while simultaneously suggesting it could have been a possibility. But the atmosphere around candidate Trump … provoked what America is confronting today.

Peskov went on to argue that numerous attempts had been made to remove Trump from politics, using legal tools, courts, prosecutors, and efforts to politically discredit and compromise the candidate. He stated that this led outside observers to believe that Trump’s life was in danger. There were no plans for Putin to call Trump following the incident.

In response to the assassination attempt, Trump confirmed on social media that he had suffered a wound to his ear but was otherwise fine. In a defiant statement, he declared: “I will never surrender.” A resolute Trump plans to attend the upcoming Republican convention in Wisconsin as initially reported by Breitbart News. The convention is scheduled for launch on Monday, with Trump set to formally accept his party’s nomination and deliver remarks at the gathering.
