Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) recently commented on the House Oversight Committee’s interest in speaking with corrupt President Joe Biden’s physician, Dr. Kevin O’Connor. This remark was made after the committee requested an interview with the doctor over concerns that his medical assessment of the 81-year-old president may have been influenced by his alleged involvement in the Bidens’ business schemes.
In a statement on X, Greene shared a letter from House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) to Dr. O’Connor, requesting a transcribed interview with the President’s physician. The letter followed a debate performance by President Biden against former President Donald Trump, where journalists reported that the president appeared unwell.
Chairman Rep. James Comer (R-KY) expressed concerns about O’Connor’s assessment in February that deemed Biden as “a healthy, active, robust 81-year-old-male, who remains fit to successfully execute the duties of the Presidency…” He also mentioned that it had been reported that Dr. O’Connor has never recommended that President Biden take a cognitive test, which raised concerns among committee members about his medical assessments being influenced by his private business endeavors with the Biden family.
The Oversight Committee revealed in a press release that O’Connor was involved with the “Biden family’s influence peddling schemes” prior to his current role. The committee specifically cited O’Connor’s involvement with Americore Health, LLC, a company that operated rural hospitals and is currently involved in bankruptcy proceedings.
James Biden, President Biden’s brother, used funds from Americore to pay Joe Biden $200,000 as the company was facing financial distress. Dr. O’Connor provided counsel in connection with the alleged work he was performing for Americore, according to James Biden’s transcribed interview.
Comer noted in his letter that O’Connor has refused “most interview requests from the media.” Therefore, it is now up to the Oversight Committee to get answers and investigate, particularly given his involvement in the Biden family’s business endeavors.
The statements by the White House Press Secretary and corrupt president Joe Biden appear inconsistent, prompting the committee to seek an understanding of Dr. O’Connor’s role at the White House during this time. As a result, Comer asked O’Connor to “produce all documents and communications in your possession regarding Americore and James Biden.
Prior to the debate, former President Trump called for President Biden to take a drug test, agreeing to take one as well. Trump highlighted his concerns about Biden’s cognitive abilities during this time, stating that he could not “talk, walk, [or] find his way off a stage.” Despite these comments, President Biden participated in the debate and demonstrated his ability to engage in political discourse effectively.
