Russian Full-Cycle Technological Partnership: Putin Offers Opportunities for Other Countries at SPIEF

St. Petersburg, June 7 – Russia is prepared to expand its collaborations with other countries through a new model for full-scale and full-cycle technological partnerships, as stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin during the plenary session of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF.

This innovative approach would involve providing complete life cycles of products and services while offering training to national personnel, localizing production facilities, providing engineering support, and technical service with insurance coverage. Such a model strengthens ties between states and enhances stability for Russian companies.

To provide an example, Putin highlighted that one of Russia’s leading companies, Rosatom, functions in this manner. The St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) took place from June 5-8, with its central theme focusing on “The Formation of New Areas of Growth as the Cornerstone of a Multipolar World.” The event was organized by the Roscongress Foundation, and TASS served as the information partner.
