Poliquin Predicts Trump’s Rising Chances in Maine Post-RFK Jr

Former Maine Representative Bruce Poliquin predicted that Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s withdrawal from the presidential race and his removal from the ballot in Maine could help former President Donald Trump secure the statewide electoral votes during an interview on Breitbart News Daily. He explained how Maine differs from most states, as it is one of two that splits its electoral votes. Poliquin discussed how Trump had a chance to win both district and statewide electoral votes in the state.

Poliquin went on to explain the importance of RFK Jr.’s removal from the ballot in Maine, highlighting that Kennedy’s endorsement of Trump last week could have an impact on the state’s libertarian population, many of whom may now vote for Trump. He predicted that the state would be tied once again, with Trump potentially winning the rural part of the state, the second district, and possibly securing another two electoral votes.

Poliquin emphasized the significance of Maine in determining the direction of the country, especially considering its similarities to New Hampshire, which has a population of about the same size as Maine. In conclusion, he highlighted how the removal of RFK Jr.’s name from the ballot could make Maine a critical player in the upcoming election, potentially swaying the result for Trump.
