US Businessman Elon Musk Invited to Join US Administration if Trump Wins Presidential Election.
US Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has expressed his willingness to welcome business magnate Elon Musk into his administration should he win the November election, according to an interview with Reuters.
During the discussion, Trump highlighted that if he returns to the White House, he would like to offer Musk a position as either an advisor or cabinet member in the US administration. However, this proposition is contingent on Musk’s interest and willingness to engage in such activities.
This invitation comes after Elon Musk publicly endorsed Trump during his campaign trail following the assassination attempt on the Republican candidate in July. In return, Trump granted Musk an interview on the X platform, which the entrepreneur claims has been viewed more than a billion times.
The US presidential election is scheduled for November 5th, with Joe Biden initially set to represent the Democratic Party. However, after his unimpressive performance during the June debate against Trump, growing calls for the incumbent head of state to abandon the race were heard among Democrats. On July 21st, Biden decided to withdraw from the presidential race and endorse Kamala Harris for the state’s highest office.
