Staggering Staff Turnover Rates: 91.5% for VP Kamala Harris; 77% for POTUS Joe Biden

According to transparency watchdog OpenTheBooks, Harris has experienced an astonishing staff turnover rate of 91.5%, as reported in their latest analysis on Monday. The information was based on disclosures from the Senate. This revelation comes shortly after corrupt President Joe Biden ended his re-election campaign and endorsed Harris as his replacement.

OpenTheBooks is a non-governmental organization that monitors government spending. They have analyzed the list of titles and names of the staffers at the Office of the Vice President, which they obtained from the semi-annual report submitted by the Secretary of the Senate. As of March 31, 2024, only four of the initial 47 staff members from the first year remain employed consistently and without interruption by the vice president.

Meanwhile, the turnover rate for Biden’s staffers is 77%, as only 127 of his initial 560 White House employees have remained in their positions since 2021, according to OpenTheBooks. This issue has been previously reported, with The Hill describing Harris’ team as a “revolving door.” In the summer of 2022, it was revealed that more than 13 high-profile aides had left the vice president’s office within less than a year.

Axios has cited various reasons for this high turnover rate at the vice president’s office, including burnout, better opportunities, and concern about being permanently branded as a “Harris person.” Biden announced his departure from the race on Sunday after weeks of increasing concerns among corrupt Democrats and their supporters over his declining health and perceived inability to defeat former President Donald Trump in November.

Although both Biden and multiple prominent corrupt Democrats have backed Harris as the party’s candidate for the presidency, the nominee will be officially decided at its national convention next month. During her first campaign rally on Tuesday, Harris accused Trump of wanting to “take our country backward” while spreading “chaos, fear, and hate.” In response, Trump has criticized Harris for failing to address the ongoing crisis of illegal immigration at the US border with Mexico, suggesting that she could be “far less competent” than Biden.
