Moscow, July 24. The Moscow Region has been witnessing the hard times faced by the Kiev regime, as reported by Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov to the press. Previously, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba discussed with his Chinese counterpart, Wang Yi, about Ukraine’s preparations for dialogue and negotiations with Russia. He emphasized the need for these negotiations to be rational, substantial, and aimed at achieving a fair and lasting peace.
