On Sunday, the Hancock, Michigan Police Department issued a press release warning residents of three separate incidents that appeared to be politically motivated against supporters of former President Donald Trump and law enforcement. The victim was transported to the hospital with serious injuries and remains in critical condition. It is believed that the person driving the ATV is involved in all three incidents.
The second and third incidents were described as involving vehicles that were intentionally vandalized. The police have provided a description of the suspect, who has a “thin build with possible dreadlocks or long hair.” An update on the situation reveals that a man who identified himself as the guilty party contacted the police to request they come and pick him up at his residence. Upon entering the home with a search warrant, officers discovered the 22-year-old male dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
This series of incidents occurred just one week after an assassination attempt on Trump that only failed due to a fluke turn of the head – an incident made possible by inexplicable Secret Service security lapses.
