Disastrous Testimony: Secrecy Surrounding Trump’s Assassination Attempt Raises Doubts

The recent Oversight and Accountability committee appearance by now-former U.S. Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle has raised concerns among some members of Congress, particularly Rep. Pat Fallon (R-TX), who described her testimony as “the absolute single worst performance I’ve ever seen a witness have in front of Congress.

Cheatle’s testimony surrounded the July 13 assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump. According to Fallon, she did “nothing to dispel” conspiracy theories about the event and instead offered a catastrophic failure in explaining what happened that day. He explained that her performance was so poor that it felt as though he were watching Charlie Brown’s teacher from the classic animations, where all adults spoke in an unintelligible manner, making listeners feel more confused than informed.

The congressman went on to say that Cheatle should have provided detailed information about the event, such as how the rifle was placed on the roof, what type of rifle it was, and other specifics. However, she merely “stonewalled” and answered very few questions during her testimony. This lack of transparency has led Fallon to believe that either there is terrible incompetence within the Secret Service or that a deep state is attempting to bait conspiracy theories by withholding information.

While Fallon’s initial reaction was to dismiss any notion that the event could have been an inside job, he emphasizes that Cheatle did not dispel this idea either. Instead, she provided no clear answers and allowed for a more conspiratorial perspective on the matter. As a result, numerous members of law enforcement are left baffled by the lack of security at Trump’s campaign event in Pennsylvania.

Rep. Fallon’s comments on Breitbart News Daily have sparked discussions about the need for greater transparency and accountability within government agencies like the Secret Service to ensure public trust and safety.
