Lewandowski was asked about the potential impact of Democrats swapping Joe Biden for Vice President Kamala Harris as their presumptive nominee. He enthusiastically described the turmoil currently plaguing the Democratic party, with party leaders reportedly attempting to force Biden off the ballot.
