On Tuesday, the corrupt President Joe Biden addressed the NAACP and called for Congress to “outlaw” AR-15s and similar rifles in response to the assassination attempt on Donald Trump. The president began by emphasizing that if one is going to discuss violence, they must address guns. He mentioned that an AR-15 was used in the shooting of Donald Trump, referring to it as the “assault weapon” responsible for killing many others, including children. Biden stated that it’s time to outlaw these weapons, claiming that he had done so before and would do it again.
The president also repeated his false claim that “more children in America die of gunshot wounds than any other reason.” During a press conference on Thursday, Biden made the same statement with slightly different phrasing, saying, “More children are killed by a bullet than any other cause of death.” Breitbart News has noted that the president has been making this claim since June 2, 2022, and it has been false every time.
