The corporate media has been relentless in its portrayal of Donald Trump, painting him as a threat to democracy and comparing him to figures like Adolf Hitler and Benito Mussolini. They have championed phony impeachments, cheered federal raids on his home, and validated Joe Biden’s attempts to imprison him, bankrupt him, and take away his businesses. Now, these same media outlets want people to tone down the rhetoric, but this is not the time for that.
They have spent billions of dollars launching a campaign of assassination against one man in a country of over 350 million people. This tactic is designed to incite someone to shoot him, then blame the victim and his followers for any resulting violence.
It is crucial that we do not let this happen. We must hold the media (and Democrats) accountable for their decade-long dehumanization campaign against Trump. The corporate media thinks they can defeat him politically or imprison him, but if that fails, they hope to incite an assassination attempt and then blame the victim.
This is not a time to tone down the rhetoric; it’s a time for accountability and a reckoning. We must never stop shouting “Assassin!” in the corporate media’s face. The safety of former president Trump, a current presidential front-runner, a husband, father, grandfather, and leader of tens of millions of everyday Americans is at stake.
