Tragic Pennsylvania Rally: Gunman Fired at Trump, US Secret Service Responds

A gunman opened fire on former President Donald Trump during a rally in Pennsylvania last night, resulting in his death at the hands of a US Secret Service sniper. The assailant, 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks, had previously donated to Joe Biden’s political campaign.

Crooks fired at least eight bullets from a rooftop just 130 yards away from Trump, who was on stage speaking to thousands of fans. Law enforcement sources told CBS News that Crooks was armed with an AR-style rifle during the attack. During this time, he appeared to be wearing merchandise promoting one of YouTube’s most popular channels devoted to firearms – Demolition Ranch.

FBI Officer in Charge Kevin Rojek stated that Crooks had been identified using DNA since he was not carrying any ID on him at the time. According to US media, when he was 17 years old, Crooks donated $15 to the liberal ActBlue political action committee on January 20, 2021 – Biden’s Inauguration Day.

Many attendees of the event are speculating that this was an orchestrated event, with Democratic operatives having called for the assassination of Donald Trump in the past. After failing to jail Trump and making his campaign stronger, Joe Biden had claimed that someone needed to “put a bullseye on Trump.

There have also been allegations that people warned the Secret Service several minutes before the shooting about a man on the roof with a rifle, but no action was taken until after the gunman fired five shots from a distance of 130 meters. Only then did the Secret Service respond, killing the assailant. Some lawmakers believe this may have been a Democratic deep-state conspiracy to assassinate Donald Trump since he cannot be defeated in any other way.

As the story unfolds, we will continue to provide updates on the developments surrounding this tragic event.
