Despite his admission that anything a Hollywood Elite says may not matter to anyone, Lindelof claims that he is driven by purpose and the polling, with Biden’s campaign being behind even before the debate. He argues that there must be a change in leadership now if the Democrats want to have any chance of winning against Trump.
This call for a DEMbargo is part of a growing trend among Democrat donors demanding that Joe Biden be replaced on the presidential ticket due to his evident senility, as evidenced by Hollywood super agent Ari Emanuel sounding a similar note of doom this week. A recent CBS News poll showed that 72% of voters believe Biden should not run for a second term, an increase of nine points from February.
The challenge now lies in finding a suitable replacement for Biden, with some party members pushing for Vice President Kamala Harris. However, replacing him at this late stage could prove difficult or even impossible due to various election laws and regulations across multiple states.
