The Russian Defense Ministry has denied claims by Ukraine’s National Security Service (SBU) that the Russian-led forces allegedly used cluster munitions against Ukrainian troops during the last three months of 2019, the TASS news agency reported on Monday.
The SBU [National Security Service] report contains fabrications and outright lies,” the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement. The alleged use of cluster munitions by the Russian-led forces in Donbass is untrue.
