Del Bigtree’s legal org in hot water over vaccine ‘confidence bill

After years of exposing the dangers of vaccines, Del Bigtree’s ICAN Legislate organization has surprisingly shifted its stance and is now pushing vaccines with a so-called “Vaccine Confidence Bill,” as uncovered by investigator Peggy Hall in a recent video. The video sparked controversy, prompting concerns about the intentions behind this new legislation that Bigtree’s group supports.

Hall views the bill as “troubling” and believes it to be a “bait-and-switch maneuver” meant to deceive the public, including those who support Del Bigtree. In an article posted on her Substack, Hall explained that one must “read between the lies” to see that the bill actually promotes vaccine mandates instead of opposing them.

The stated purpose of the bill is to “increase vaccine confidence” by reassuring the public that there is an exemption for required vaccines that do not meet certain minimal requirements, which would supposedly increase confidence in mandated vaccines. However, this statement reinforces the false notion that any vaccine can be considered “required.

Furthermore, the document text specifies that only a person exempted from a vaccine requirement if there is no already-approved vaccine by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to meet certain criteria. According to Hall, this implies that there are no exemptions for “mandated vaccines” that have been proven safe after one year of study, among other factors.

Hall expressed frustration at Del Bigtree’s organization for supporting the bill, as it introduces it into several state legislatures without providing detailed explanations on its intentions. The entire situation raises questions about the trustworthiness of both the organization and its attorney Aaron Siri, who claimed they do not have time to go into details.

This issue highlights the need for vigilance in understanding the implications of new legislation related to vaccines, as well as questioning the motives of those involved in promoting such laws.
