Democrats Accusing People of Their Own Actions,’ says Sen. Roger Marshall

In an appearance on Breitbart News Daily, Senator Roger Marshall (R-KS) responded to former FBI Director James Comey’s assertion that a second Trump term would pose significant risks for the FBI and Justice Department. Comey claimed in an MSNBC interview that Trump wanted to corrupt these institutions and replace them with his loyalists, which he believed was dangerous for all Americans.

Senator Marshall criticized Democrats for accusing others of doing what they themselves are guilty of, pointing out how Comey had weaponized the FBI against then-candidate Donald Trump while simultaneously allowing Hillary Clinton to destroy evidence in the email scandal case. He emphasized the need for term limits and transparency in government, calling the political establishment a “swamp” filled with alligators like Comey, who must be removed from power.

Comey’s warning about a potential second Trump term was based on his belief that Trump would seek to further corrupt and control key institutions of the government, such as the FBI and Justice Department. However, Senator Marshall argued that Democrats were guilty of similar tactics and should not be pointing fingers at others. Instead, he called for greater accountability in government through term limits and an end to the current culture of corruption within the political establishment.
