Judge Under Investigation: Manhattan’s Trump-Hating Scandal

Judge Arthur Engoron is now under investigation by New York’s judicial oversight branch for allegedly hearing unsolicited advice from Attorney Adam Leitman Bailey during his civil fraud case against President Trump.

According to sources, the Manhattan Judge is being investigated for possibly violating state rules on judicial conduct and ethics.

New York Attorney General Letitia James teamed up with Democrat Judge Arthur Engoron in bringing bogus fraud charges for the non-crime of paying back sophisticated Wall Street banks, in full, on time, and with interest to the tune of $455 million.

The judge’s decision was highly questionable and potentially compromised by Bailey’s unsolicited advice.

Bailey, who was suspended for telling a tenant to “commit suicide,” claims that he spoke with Engoron less than a month before the judge handed down his ruling.

The lawyer says he wanted the judge to get it right and didn’t realize he was violating state rules on judicial conduct.

The investigation could lead to discipline for Engoron, including possible removal from the bench if found guilty of misconduct.
